Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement between the District and FM3 Research, (Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz and Associates) Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct a public opinion survey among District voters on issues related to a potential 2020 General Obligation Bond for modernization of District facilities, more fully described in the June 13, 2019 “Proposal to Conduct Survey Research to Assess Support for an OUSD Bond Measure”, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term August 29, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $33,000.00.
