Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Board on Track, Concord, MA, for the latter to assist the Office of Charter Schools (OCS) with appointments to charter boards as required by Board Resolution 1718-0168; develop video training modules to be used to train appointees to charter boards on the requirements and best practices of their position; provide OCS with thought partnership and support to OCS staff on designing reporting materials and matching applicants to charter boards; and in June 2020, provide selected boards with a skill appraisal to help OCS evaluate the skill set of board, via the Office of Charter Schools, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
