Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0029 - Award of General Services Agreement - Environmental Services for Cole Administration Building Project - to Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, materials testing and special inspection services, in the amount of $30,000.00, which includes a contingency fee of $9,671.50, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on October 11, 2019, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2022 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
