Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Skills & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide mentoring of students through one-one-one, small group, and whole group presentations to develop student in self-regulation, self-confidence, eye-hand coordination, listening, and focus skills so students can tap into their artistic side using mind, body, spirit and emotions at EnCompass Academy (ES), for the period of August 5, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
