Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Emma Donnelly, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide English language instruction for Lincoln parents who are with no or very limited English skills, so they can assist their child with school work, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of September 16, 2019 through December 4, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
