Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Sonia Kreit-Spindt, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as Coordinator, Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), the Coordination of Services Team (COST) and overseeing mental health interns, instructional aides, after school tutoring, community referrals, behavioral health referrals, and Student Success; partner with the principal to develop ongoing Tier I & II interventions based on student needs as they arise and to monitor the implementation of all 504 Plans at Peralta Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
