Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Niroga Institute, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Dynamic Mindfulness Coach (DMC) for one day per week for the whole school year at five middle schools - Claremont, Montera, West Oakland Middle, Edna Brewer, and Westlake Schools - providing services customized to the needs of the school, through its DMind Program, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Middle School Network, for the period of October 14, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00.
