Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and The Teaching Well, Santa Rosa, CA, for the latter to work in partnership with the Health and Wellness Unit on the plan to implement the strategies under the staff wellness theory of action developed in 2018-19; conduct listening campaign interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders, including a focus on Custodians, School Security Officers, Nurses, Para Educators, and Clerical Staff; co-design and participate in Staff Wellness subcommittee and workgroup meetings and share expertise to inform the model, programming, and fund development strategy that supports staff wellness across the district; and lead the planning and implementation of a Wellness Festival and Conference in spring to celebrate and provide wellness workshops and resources for District staff, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $35,110.00.
