Approval by the Board of Education of award of an Agreement for Engineering Services on behalf of the District to KW Engineering, Inc.,* Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services to develop or review District’s requirements for project; design documents for bidding, commissioning plan and specification development; commissioning; plan and submittal review, construction checklist, functioning test writing and execution; and seasonal testing and near warranty end review project, for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project in the amount of $177,155.40, as the selected consultant, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said consultant with work scheduled to commence on December 12, 2019, and scheduled to last December 31, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement. ___ * Consultant was selected pursuant to Government Code §§4529.10 et seq.
