Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Adventure Time Extended Day Care/Tuller Corporation, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide a child care and enrichment program for children before and after school, at Chabot, Crocker Highlands, Glenview, Hillcrest, Kaiser, Montclair, and Thornhill Schools, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of November 12, 2019 through November 11, 2022, at no cost to the District.
