Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement Between the Owner and Contractor - District and Innovative Construction Company, Oakland, CA - for the latter to provide the following amended services: To cover Phase II of the windscreen installation, to cover installation of the steel framing and windscreen installation per the lettering plan, more specifically described in Exhibit “A,” attached, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Madison Park Academy New Expansion Project, in an additional amount of $482,457.60, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $123,904.00 to $606,361.60, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
