Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and HERTZ Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop/provide a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Environmental Services, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $10,000.00, which includes a contingency fee of $2,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $40,000.00 to $50,000.00, extending the term from February 28, 2018 thru August 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
