Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 175 hours of direct services to Newcomers (students who have been in country less than one year), for the period of September 1, 2019 through May 30, 2020, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 and COVID Amendment thereto. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
