Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an increase of two HERO staffers who will focus on all day male mentoring for struggling African American boys to push and support development of social skills, for the period of September 12, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in the additional amount of $29,520.14, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $59,520.14 and COVID Amendment thereto. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
