Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Matthew Linzner, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop and cultivate garden and farm spaces, will work with Sustainable Urban Design Academy classroom teachers to develop and implement curriculum incorporating garden and farm spaces into lesson planning; contractor will co-facilitate garden and farm activities with Sustainable Urban Design Academy classroom teachers and students; work with summer students to cultivate green spaces and engage them in rigorous summer school curriculum using the farm as a living lab at Castlemont High School, for the period of January 13, 2020 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 and COVID Amendment thereto.
