Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, General Services Agreement for Environmental Services between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional incipit spalling needs hygienist oversite and additional demolition of failed existing concrete and site abatement for the ELC Marcus Foster Education Leadership Complex Project, extending time of Agreement by 66 days, from October 24, 2019 through October 26, 2020 to December 31, 2020, in an additional amount of $14,250.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $27,225.00 to $41,475.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Contractor. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
