Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Consultant with Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide the following amended services: Alterations to the fire alarm system and witness the testing of the fire alarm system, for Elmhurst Middle School Boiler Replacement Project, in an additional amount of $2,000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $4,850.00 to $6,850.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
