Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and S Meek Architecture, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide design and engineering services for the New Multi-Purpose Building & Kitchen, for the Claremont New Multi-Purpose Building & Kitchen Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,140,000.00 for Basic Services, plus a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00 for reimbursable expenses, as the selected Architect, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Architect with work scheduled to commence on May 14, 2020, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2023, pursuant to the Agreement.
