Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Consortium (EBC), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide direct services to seniors to complete college applications and financial aid applications; provide 3 to 5 one on one counseling appointments with EBC staff in order to support them in their completion of college and industry applications; and provide all juniors with a one on one counseling meeting including a transcript review in preparation for their senior year at Life Academy, for the period of September 2, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $3,697.00 and COVID Amendment.
