Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and the Institute for Sustainable Economic, Educational, and Environmental Design (I-SEEED), Oakland, CA, for the latter to work in collaboration with the All City Council (ACC) Governing Board, youth leaders from the Meaningful Student Engagement (MSE) collaborative, student researchers, in partnership with YPAR experts, co-develop and implement youth and parent participatory action research [YPAR] and evaluation methods, violence prevention training, and youth and parent leadership training to promote positive school culture, prevent bullying, harassment, and violence, via Office of Equity, for the period of February 17, 2020 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 and the COVID Amendment.
