Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Henry Sales Hernandez, Oakland, CA, for the latter, though instruction of language, Mam culture and mentorship, to increase the academic achievement, attendance and G.P.A of 25 students in R.I.S.E. Academy, and keep them on target for graduation, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland High School, for the period of March 2, 2020 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $11,500.00 and COVID Amendment.
