Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and "Beats, Rhymes & Life", Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement the Beats, Rhymes and Life method of substance abuse prevention with Madison Park Academy (MPA) peer educators and students referred for alcohol, tobacco, or other drug use, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 29, 2020 through May 29, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $7,000.00 and the COVID Amendment.
