Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, extending time of the Agreement with the latter from October 14, 2016 through April 30, 2020 to August 1, 2020, for specified design services, for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Contractor. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
