Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Gustavo Garcia-Rojas, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide mental health counseling and telehealth services to a caseload of up to 20 students; support students to build coping skills; address barriers to learning which may be behavioral, social, emotional or environmental; counsel students weekly or more frequently based on assessed need; collaborate with student, family and monitor students’ progress on treatment goals, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 6, 2020 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00 and COVID Amendment.
