Approval by the Board of Education of Addendum No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to offer grade 6-8, 19 programming days during Summer 2020, Monday through Friday, every school day, from 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m., as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Madison Park Academy - Upper Campus - Summer School Hub, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $12,350.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $211,617.00 to $223,967.00.
