Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Felicita Pedroza, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 200 hours to support and lead LGBTQ youth at risk for substance abuse, in support for each other, and provide virtual drug awareness sessions for students violating District tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching with students from Skyline and Castlemont High Schools in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, for the period of October 28, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,400.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $12,000.00 $20,400.00 and COVID Amendment, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
