Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Max Cadji, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 56 additional hours to manage farm by sowing beds, preparing soil to develop additional beds for Spring; prepare all material and supplies for seasonal planting for the next two months; harvest current crops and break down beds; support food distribution and additional coordination of farm as food production source to support community during COVID-19 response, for the period of August 8, 2019 through June 8, 2020, in the additional amount of $1,680.00, at Castlemont High School, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $21,680.00 and COVID Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
