Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement between the District and New Leaders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to strengthening the skills and capacity of school leaders to advance student achievement, as described in the Scope of Work - Exhibit A - Leadership Networks: An Innovative, Three-Year Strategy for Driving and Sustaining Gains in Oakland Unified School District (SY 2019-20 to SY2021-22) dated August 21, 2019, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022; with an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 payable for School Year 2019-2020.
