Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between District and Waste Management of Alameda County, Inc., for solid waste handling, recycling, and composting services, at the rates indicated for multi-bin collection of solid waste, organics and recycling roll off services and other services as more specifically described in Exhibit B, including as applicable, and up to a maximum amount not to exceed Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,250,000.00) annually, with two one year options to extend the Agreement upon written agreement of the Parties.
