Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 6, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, extending time of the Agreement, by 94 additional calendar days, revising term from October 14, 2016 through August 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020, for the latter to perform Drawing Development Services and Design Services; Bid Services; and Construction Administration Services, as described in the Scope of Work, in conjunction with the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
