Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Robert Moses, Berkeley, CA, for the latter provide technical assistance with Windows and Apple Macintosh computers, as required by the school, to obtain the maximum instructional benefit and utility for students and staff, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
