Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Competitively Bid - between District and Mar Con Builders (“Contractor”), Oakland, CA, for the latter to remove existing playmatting and play structure and install new SofSurfaces playmatting tiles and play structure, for the Emerson Child Development Center Playmatting Installation Project, as described in Bid Proposal - Document 00 31 01 - received 11:30 A.M., July 29, 2020, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $57,600.00, which includes a contingency of $4,500.00, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder with work scheduled to commence on September 16, 2020, and scheduled to last for Forty-five (45) Calendar days, ending October 31, 2020.
