Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between the District and Ashley Flores, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Career Technical Education (CTE) guidance and support to seniors, helping the students matriculate into community colleges or career training programs aligned to the students career goals; additional casework after the enrollment documents have been completed and submitted, in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $20,000.00 to $32,000.00, for the period of April 20, 2020 through August 15, 2020, at Oakland International and Oakland High Schools. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
