Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and Nor-Cal Moving Services, Hayward, CA, for the latter to provide additional moving services which consists of relocating two (2) rooms and items from the gym into the classrooms for the Glenview New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $11,857.10, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $27,000.00 to $38,857.10, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
