Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Mandela Partners, formerly Mandela MarketPlace, Oakland, CA, for the latter to adjust its scope of work to provide services in a manner consistent with terms and conditions of attached COVID-19 Amendment to its Agreement to provide weekly, pop-up produce stands to increase access to fresh, healthy fruits, vegetables and pantry items for school families at International Community, Think College Now, LaEscuelita, and Garfield Elementary Schools, for the period of November 29, 2017 through November 29, 2020, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
