Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Dwana Timms, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1080 hours of Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Program and related services, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Skyline, McClymonds, and Ralph Bunche school sites, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $43,200.00.
