Ratification by the Board of Education of Memorandum of Understanding, aka Climate Corps Education Outside Agreement, between the District and Strategic Energy Innovations, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide its Climate Corps Education Outside Fellowship Program, at four District schools, that provides professional development and experimental learning opportunities for emerging climate protection and science + econ-literacy education leaders, implementation of climate change resiliency projects, including leading hands-on-outdoor science and environmental literacy instruction, maintenance of the school garden and school sustainability projects, each for pupils, and as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, for the period of September 8, 2020 through May 29, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
