Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Felicita Pedroza, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work 1260 hours of Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Program and related services, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Castlemont High, Skyline High and Elmhurst United Middle sites, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $50,400.00.
