Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Susan Bean, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support food distribution during schools closure/open by coordinating volunteer process, supporting safety procedures, processes, meal distribution processes and related services at the Center, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 30, 2020 through September 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $14,400.00.
