Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Erinn Godfrey, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 20 hours a week case managing 10 students in the fall and 15 student in the spring; doing check-ins and check-outs with students daily; check progress on a regular basis; check on students not responding to CICO system, including home visits, if safe and advisable to do so; and hold a weekly restorative justice community circle with the students on the caseload, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 17, 2020 through June 30, 2021 in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
