Approval by the Board of Education of the Professional Services Agreement between the District and Friends of Peralta Hacienda Historical Park, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide academic support and enrichment activities as part of the learning hub program at the Peralta Hacienda Historical Park for 3rd-5th grade students of Fruitvale Elementary School and other identified schools in need of additional support during COVID-19 distance learning, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 21, 2020 through December 31, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $54,135.00.
