Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, extending time of Agreement, for the latter to serve as IOR, by 92 additional calendar days, from May 9, 2018 through October 31, 2020 to January 31, 2021, for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
