Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Achievement Network (ANet), Boston, MA, for the latter to conduct a site-specific review process to fully understand school’s strengths and needs; provide 16 interactions, up to 1 hour each, facilitated by one ANet staff member; using observations, school document analysis, and focus groups, ANet will build context in school’s beliefs, and practices, connected to the following areas: prioritization, schedule, dedicated leadership, the culture of continuous learning, and standard-based instruction; work alongside school team to develop an arc of activities and training that addresses the challenges present at school site; support the school in setting foundations building strong data culture while leveraging ANet’s expertise and ability to an asset through leadership throughout the process for EnCompass Academy, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
