Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Lincoln, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its HOPE (Helping Open Pathways to Education) Program, of integrated mental health supports to students, families, and to develop tools and learning environments for social emotional success, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at RISE Community Elementary School, for the period of October 1, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
