Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide in-person learning supports to students in grades 6-12 at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy as describe in Amended Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021, at no increase in cost. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
