Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Susan Bean, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support food distribution during COVID by coordinating volunteer process, supporting safety procedures processes and overall thought partner and ability to provide support when needed and provide related or associated services, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
