Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and Elite Security Services, Oakland, CA, for continued private patrol security services at The Center Project in November and December 2020, as described in the Quote 10-001 dated October 22, 2020 attached to this amendment as part of Exhibit A, in the additional amount of $37,778.40, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $54,572.00 to $92,350.40, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
