Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Soccer Without Borders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide virtual soccer programming activities to at least 100 newly-arrived refugee and asylum-seeking male and female students grades 5-12 in the San Antonio Park Middle School Program (from various middle school sites), Castlemont (School Day) Fremont (School Day) Rudsdale Newcomer Continuation School, and Frick Middle School as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $112,000.00.
