Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and URBANLIFE Mentors Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide bi-weekly virtual mentoring sessions on character-building and strong work ethics, making healthy life choices, and the development of coping and social emotional learning skills for African-American and Latino male students, as described in Exhibit A, at Parker Elementary School, for the period of September 17, 2020 through March 25, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
