Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and American Indian Child Resource Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to Oakland Native students in grades 6-12, and is open to all American Indian and Alaskan Native students throughout the District, providing enrichment groups - tobacco use prevention, cultural arts, talking circle, etc.) by digital platforms; provide one-on-one tutoring and case management and to hold virtual parent meetings and student and parent activities wherein Title VI policies and provide parent education are discussed, and other services, more specifically described in Exhibit A, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $33,536.00.
